What we process: name, phone or email and the text you write in the form or tell us when ordering. Purpose: to reply, agree and perform the service, issue an invoice. Legal basis: contract and pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for accounting documents, a legal obligation.

How long: form data that did not lead to an order is deleted within 6 months; data on performed services is kept for the statutory warranty and accounting periods (10 years for tax documents).

Who receives the data: nobody for marketing. Technically it is processed on our own server in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) and by the mail hosting HostCreators (Slovakia). During remote help we connect only with your consent, copy nothing, and you can end the session any time.

Visitor statistics: our own Umami instance without cookies and without storing IP addresses — no consent needed.
